It’s a bright flashy world at times. Moving through the CBD, we’re met with shouting colours and billboard bamboozlement. Layers of bold visual distractions jostle to keep any quieter surrounding details at bay. In Happiness is a complex form, artist Meredith Turnbull has honed her attention in on a few overlooked city spaces, turning her lens to the details and monochromatic surfaces of buildings, noticeboards, corners and crevices.
